Your business website is like a car, if it’s not regularly maintained and serviced, it will eventually gives you troubles and break down.

Task #1: Improving Website Speed
The speed of page loading is very important, customers will leave the site if the loading time exceeded 3 seconds.
Task #2: Updating Website Software and Plugins
This needs to be up-to-date , also checking FTP service if it is running and all component integrated with the site is functional.
Task #3: Fixing HTML errors and Broken Links
Inspect and fix issues related to HTML (such as funny looking pages) and checking all links if they are directed to the correct page.
Task #4: Back-up Files
Files and database should be backed up a least once a week, if it is not done automatically.
Task #5: Updating and Creating New Content
Very important to update your information, so your clients can contact you, and it is always good to improve and create new content, good for your clients and Google.
Task #6: Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Checking your website for search-ability improvement, such as keywords within the content and in your blog, this helps your ranking with Google.
Task #7: Design Consistency
Make sure design is uniformed across all pages, for neat clear looks.
Task #8: Reviewing the Analytic Report
Checking your website performance, how many new and returning visitors, which page they stayed on longer, these are an indication where you need to tweak your information and which market niche you need to target more.
